What to think about with a family history of cancer?

I'm a 42 year old mother of three daughters. Two granddaughters. My maternal grandmother died at 43. She had colorectal and bone cancer when she passed.
My mother died at 39. She had lung cancer and tumors in the brain when she passed.
I've got a history of duodenal ulcer and have had digestive issues and severe constipation on and off for the last four years. In early 2010 I scheduled paps, colonoscopy, mammograms etc. Found I had prolapsed uterus. Learned of small spot around ovaries thought to be a cyst.
Around May 2010, my 22 year old middle daughter had a molar pregnancy. I am ignorant of all aspects of this condition. Doctors don't know much more. The pregnancy was removed and about three weeks later was told with a CT scan that she had a type of pregnancy related cancer in her uterus liver and lungs. She was told to start and completed chemo but very little follow up.
Now March 19 I got my first colonoscopy. Have sigmoid diverticulitis. Also had four polyps removed varying from 2 to 5 mm.
I now sit and wonder my fate. I've been referred to a cancer center for blood work and genetic counseling. Lord help my daughters and pray for me. Thank you. My prayers with those who suffer and live with all cancers.
