What is Wrong With Me, Colon Cancer?

Well, its now Thursday, I went to the emergency room on Tuesday because the abdominal pain was killing me, the doctor had told me that hemorrhoids, but the exact symptoms of colon cancer has been happening to me, I have been bleeding from stool since beginning of February and the stupid choices I've made to not tell doctor till now is my fault, for example now I can feel my intestines and the digestive system which hurts my stomach and every time the "poop" comes down right to the rectum,it just goes back up.
I can't use bathroom 4 some reason because the "poop" keeps going back up, and I have been taking medications to soften the stool, prunes, laxatives, and other medications to help me, but it has not been working, Saturday I will have a checkup and I will notify you on it, my question now is the possibilities that I would have to do a surgery if you can answer that.
