What is between Anal cancer and Rectum cancer ?

I am little confused about Anal Cancer and Rectal cancer?
I had a few poylps removed five years ago. Should I follow up within another 5 years instead of 10 years. Due to insurance might not cover less 10 years?

I just had 4 polyps removed during colonoscopy and was told I have to return in 3 years for my next colonoscopy.
