WHAT FOODS DO I NEED TO AVOID EATING TO AVOID COLON CANCER

I was 34 years old when my doc discovered that I had colon cancer first degree...so I was operated last january 2005 at my age 34...after my operation my oncologist doctor told me that I am totally free from colon cancer base on my biopsy...MY QUESTION IS WHAT THOSE FOODS I NEED TO EAT AND THOSE FOOD THAT I SHOULD AVOID TO EAT?

Barley. this is the best food to avoid cancer and it also heals cancer.for more information visit us at lopez building,3rd flr. assumption rd. baguio city. look fot letty.every tuesday and thursday 2:oclock to 5:oclock .

Avoid all processed meat such as ham, bacon, and pastrami.
Avoid red meat such as hamburger, ground beef.

Food that is good for colon cancer:
Fresh fruits and vegetables.
Salmon in moderate quantity
