Thank goodness for colonoscopies, this very worthwhile procedure.

I had a colonoscopy 4 weeks ago. The docs found a large tumour and 12 lymph nodes. I was operated on the next day to have them removed together with a large part of my bowel. The colonoscopy was fine and you are given a sedation and pain relief should it be required. You just lie on your LHS while the procedure is carried out. I thank my lucky stars I had it, or my cancer might never have been identified, so anyone with the symptoms, go ask your GP if he could arrange this for you. It could save your life!!
