Strong sharp pain in left side of lower abdomen , hurts when wipe rectal area & womens area when urinating

I was fine, but I did scream something outloudly and thought I felt something pull in my stomach. I got home about 2 hours later; ate and relaxed. But when i got up, I felt a sharp pain in my left side. I thought it could just be gas so i went to bed hoping it would be gone in the morning.
I felt it again and a little stronger when I woke up and went to the restroom. I went back to bed because I felt a little sick like I was getting a touch of the flu and slept a few more hours. When I woke up again I still felt it.
I went to work and worked all day with the pain still there and hurts when I walk hard or sneeze or laugh! It still is there and is probably at the same pain level which is 3-6... if I sit still its fine, when i get up it hurts more.
I have to squeeze my butt cheeks when I sneeze or it hurts worse.
When I go to the bathroom and wipe it hurts if I wipe hard on my rectal area and the area where I urinate but more pain in my rectum.
I am hoping I just pulled something when I yelled and that it will go away.. if i try to suck my belly in it hurts a lot and my stomach is swollen like i have bad gas... I have always had stomach problems.
I don"t eat all day because everything I eat makes my stomach gurgle and I am a hairdresser and cannot have that when I am working. I also never go to the restroom in a public restroom .. I have always just sat down or squeezed hard until the urge goes away. just cant bring myself to go in a public restroom.
I am 49 yeas old, female, have had a partial hysterectomy (still have my ovaries) and have been really extremely tired lately but then again i don"t get enough sleep.
I don"t have insurance so i cant schedule a Dr. appt. i am hoping that it just goes away in a few days. Any suggestions?
