why use fleet's enema
by: the web site editor

A Fleet's enema is sometimes used before seeing a gastroenterologist because the doctor wants to do a flexible sigmoidoscopy--a camera study of the lower colon. The Fleet's enema cleans out the lower colon so the camera can look for polyps in the lower colon.
