My Colonoscopy

by charlotte
(dalton ga.)

People dread these procedures. I did too. I just want to say that I have had more than one and the worse part for me, was the night before the procedure when you have to clean out your system.

I am used to eating and drinking whenever and whatever I want, and not being able to do this was annoying. The other thing that was bad, was constantly running to the bathroom, and my bottom being sore.

That is the only bad thing about the procedure, it involves no pain at all, you go to sleep and when you wake up, its all over. Then you can rest easy knowing how your problem, if you have one, is going to soon be solved.

A miracle healing!
by: Anonymous

I avoided getting a colonoscopy many years ago. I didn't like the idea of drinking all that stuff and sitting on the toilet all night.

I am now 79 years old. I went to the toilet and saw that it was full of red blood. And I had no pain.I told someone. They mentioned getting an ambulance. Did not remember anything after that.

Was told way later that I had surgery for colin cancer plus ovaries and other parts taken out! The doctor told my family I was between life and death when I went in.. Everything was a blank until I was in a nursing home. Still did not recall anything.

Had therapies at home. Was healed several weeks later but have to get blood work for a few months. I feel great.
It had to be a miracle. I praise God.
