medications not to be taken before colonoscopy

I am on many medications for Heart Failure. Ramipril, Carvediol, Aspirin, spirolactone, I also have cancer and take Arimidex. I also have restless legs and take clonazepam and pramipexole. I have an Hiatus Hernia and take Nexium. Quite a list! What drugs should I not take on day of surgery for Colonoscopy. Thank you. Lesley
