Lighter Life diet and Cancer

I am wondering if anyone has ever been on the Lighter Life diet and now suffering with colon cancer or any other cancer? I feel there may be a link due to the high use of Aspartame and soy in the products. Also, the diet causes constipation; this could also be a factor.

Hi, I started the lighterlife diet in 2008 for 9 months and was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2009.
