leftside pain and bloody diarhea after gallblader removal

My husband has experienced left side pain and diarrhea for about three months. They took his Gallbladder thinking that was the cause because it was showing low normal. Recently though, he has had heaving bleeding with diarrhea. They have done CT scan upper and lower scopes, they showed normal.
We don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestions?
