im kind of scared

I started off by having the feeling to throw up but couldn't my tummy started hurting me thinking I ate too much or prob. My period but it..I went to the rest room and when I whipped I saw blood
me think I started my period or something..but no it wasn't that I had let it.go and then again today when I went I whipped off blood :(
I'm only 20 and I don't know what to do or how to even make sure I'm okay can you please help..maybe I'm wrong but do you think there is a possibility that I might have collaborate cancer?
