What food to avoid with an ileostomy

Don't avoid any food but try all food in small amount and then decide how you cope with the consequences whether they're good or bad. I've had my stoma named Colin for 15 years and we enjoy a normal diet, although Colin soon lets me know what he thinks of my choice of food.
