	How Many Doses of Chemo Therapy Recommended for Colon Cancer Stage 3? by lee (atlanta, GA) I read on this site that 6 weeks was long enough to receive chemotherapy for Stage 3 colon cancer. I have received one treatment every other week and am about to have number 6. My cocktail is 5-FU, Oxaliplatin and Leucovorin. Is that sufficient? I've been told that I need 12 treatments.
