Glad I Did It But Aggravated About The Fees

I am really glad I got a colonoscopy 5 years ago, but I can still remember how aggravating their bills were. The medical center just sent me a reminder letter to go back in.
I know I should do it, but did anyone else out there get driven crazy by the doctor's billing office?
First the notices came that said- don't pay this, but soon the notices began to 'overlap' and I couldn't keep it straight!!
Bills from the hospital that did the procedure, from the doctor, from the anesthesiologist, from laboratories!!
Why can't these medical people get their act together? We pay them enough to figure it out.
