colorectal cancer chemotherapy action

My husband is a colorectal cancer patient which was found 3years back. He received multiple section of chemo with 5FU, Fulfiri, Irrinotecan, Avastin & Xeloda. His present CT impression is below:-
1) Further increase in size & number of pulmonary metastases.
2) Further significant increase in mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
3) Increase in the size of in the existing hepatic metastasis in the left hepatic lobe.
4) Increase in thickness of rectosigmoid wall, indicating local recurrence.
I am so worried about his current situation, is it will cure if he take again chemo?
