Colon resection surgery

Dear Sir,
I am From Bangladesh and My Elder brother age 44 got colon cancer. On 3rd May 2010 doctor made ‘Colon resection surgery” on his body .The size of the Tumor almost 2.5 inches. After Testing that Tumor, doctor say’s low graded and less risk .Doctor also Remove 11 small part on the side of that Colon Tumor. After testing, only 2(Two) out of 11 get bad Germ. Rest 9(Nine) found with no Bad Germ The Waste of bad Fluid already stop after 16/17 days from Surgery but we still attach that bag and have very very less fluid . Will remove the bag it on 26th May (After 23days after Surgery)
Q1) Waste Fluids stop after 17 Days, Is this Bad?
Q2) Doctors want to give him 6(Six) course Chemo, after 30 /40 days “Colon resection surgery”.
Do you have any Advice? Q) Do you have any other ADVICE for my brother? Please reply us urgently and save my brother and also my Family. Sincerely Amir
