Colon Cancer
I had a colonoscopy 8 years ago because I had anemia. It showed one polyp which was benign. The gastro dr. told me to come back in three years and that colonoscopy was clean. It showed nothing. I also have diverticulitis and I know when I have that because the pain in my lower left side is excruciating. I was supposed to go for my colonoscopy (5 year routine) in October, 2011, but I couldn't go because I was having a bout of diverticulitis. Since last Monday, I've been having terrible pain in the center of my lower abdominal area...nothing on the left and nothing on the right sides...just in the center...very low. I do not have a bladder infection. Just terrible cramps. I have intermittent bowel movements. I had been taking Fibercon and I stopped when the pains started. Help!
