Colon Cancer Preventive Care

It is important to accept the fact that once a person has reached the age of fifty, they need to have a screening colonoscopy.
Time needs to be set aside for the preparation which includes taking enemas or laxatives.
Travel arrangements have to be made and I don't need to be secretive about having a screening colonoscopy if asked why I am seeing a specialist.
I remain relaxed at the outpatient clinic and undress to put a gown on. It is over before I know it.
