Colon cancer Chemo treatment

Hi
My mom has identified as colorectal cancer. THis has infected on lymphnodes and one minute moles in each Lung. So chemotherapy started. After 1st cycle, the fresh blood comming in toilet has stopped. Done the second cycle also(in each 21 days). Now after 14 days of the second chemo, this week she is getting again a bit of puz mixed blood, along with stool. This week she has spend more time on meditation in sitting posture on floor. Will this be a problem. She is also undergoing Avastin(chemo medicine), along with Chemo. Or whether chemo is not getting effective for her. Couldyou please reply.
