Colon Cancer and Removal of Polyps

I'm 33 and whilst having dinner I had a sudden sharp pain on left side of upper side of my abdomen and then diarrhea. Except I had a lot of blood in the diarrhea.
3 times I had diarrhea and lost blood. I went to hospital and after few days I had a colonoscopy and they removed 2 polyps. I'm waiting for the results however I'm always bloated after eating.
I feel pregnant for how bloated I am after eating and I have problems in going to bathroom.
Is it normal or could it be that I have infection or some serious problem?
Should I avoid certain foods? They've told me to drink aloe vera to heal, what do you suggest?
