chronic diarreah

my son is 23 years old, very stressed, work family, although he doesn't think so. he has had chronic diarreah for close to two years daily, with stomach cramps, now he's losing unintentional weight, no blood just watery diarreah, it couldn't be colon cancer after having it this long can it? he didn't start losing weight till about two months ago, but he always has diarreah, couldn't it be severe ibs or something besides something serious?

What you need to do is to take your son to a doctor to do a colonoscopy as soon as possible.
