are these sign of colon?

hi.. i always feel bloating after i ate something and recently i keep on burping after i took my food finish. is this a sign of colon cancer? and what is loose stool looks like? plz help me, i am the type of person that is paranoid. and also i can find some remain of vegetable on my stool.

my anus look like a cauliflower and i experience rectal bleeding and the size of my stool is narrow,i experience also constipation and this time i experiencing diarrehia, is this the sign of colorectal cancer? thanx! more power

thank you for your comment.. do colon cancer affect young adult? if your family does not have any history of colon cancer, is there a risk for you to get it? i am not a smoker nor a drinker.
