a list of times to drink on the day before colonoscopy

They used to give you a sheet showing what time to drink fluids on the day before the colonoscopy. Where can I find this as I want to make sure I get enough fluid into me so I won't feel hungry and when you followed that page you weren't hungry but now they don't give you that. Where can I get a copy of this as it was really helpful.
